Delivery Policy

Local U.A.E Customers 
Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout page prior to the payment is made.

Deliveries to the customers within the U.A.E will be made in 1-3 days.

The customer should give us correct information and answer the courier call to get their product reach them on time. If your information is not correct we cannot reach you on time.

Local (U.A.E) customers will be given one week time after the delivery is dispatched and they didn’t answer the courier to get in contact with them for the delivery. The item will the be brought back to our store after two weeks and the return item courier charges will also be deducted from the customer. If the customer gets in touch after the product is returned to our company the customer will have to pay again for the delivery of item to reach them back.

Its very Important to answer the call of courier for the delivery. If the call is not answered in two weeks then we will bring back the Item and all the courier charges the customer will have to pay. 

International Customers 
Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout page prior to the payment is made.

Deliveries to International customers will take 7 to 10 days for the Item to reach them.

The customer should give us correct information and answer the call to get your product reach you on time. If your information is not correct we cannot reach you on time.

International customers will be given two weeks maximum time after the delivery is dispatched for not answering the call or not getting in contact with our Delivery team. After three weeks the Item will be returned back to our store and the return item courier charges will also be deducted from the customer account.  If the customer gets in touch after the product is returned to our company the customer will have to pay again for the delivery of item to reach them back.

Its very important to answer the call of courier for the delivery. If the call is not answered in three weeks then we will bring back the item and all the courier charges the customer will have to pay.
